EleosRefund Policy
A free trial before you pay, and a straightforward refund if you do.
The trial comes first
Eleos starts with a 7-day free trial and no card. That exists so you can find out whether it works on your machine and your network before any money changes hands. Please use it — it is the honest way to avoid needing a refund at all.
Refunds
If you subscribe and Eleos does not work for you, email hello@eleosagent.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. It usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because Eleos is supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that this right ends once supply begins. The 14-day refund above is offered regardless of that, so you are never worse off than the statutory position.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; there is no pro-rata clawback and no mid-month cut-off. After that the application stops unlocking.
Nothing of yours is deleted. Your chats, your files and your Claude login live on your own computer and stay exactly where they are.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We email you before a renewal. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it.
What we cannot refund
- Your Claude subscription. That is billed by Anthropic under your own account and we have no access to it.
- Charges older than 14 days, other than where the law requires otherwise or where the service was not delivered.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email us first — we would rather refund you than dispute it. A chargeback raised without contacting us results in the account being closed.

The charge itself is made by Paddle as merchant of record, so your card or bank statement shows Paddle rather than Quantive Bt.
